Niger gov pledges continued support to security agencies, others

Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has reassured security agencies and federal government establishments in the state of his administration’s continued support to ensure improved security and better service delivery.

This was disclosed in a statement made available today by Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Bologi Ibrahim.

Bago made the pledge while receiving on a courtesy visit heads of newly posted security agencies and a federal establishment coordinator in the state.

The visitors included officials from the Nigeria Immigration Service, the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, the Federal Road Safety Corps, and the Niger State Coordinator of the National Identity Management Commission.The governor emphasised the importance of collaboration, urging the agencies to strengthen their partnership with the state government.
