The transfer talks between Atalanta and Inter Milan for the sale of Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman are still deadlocked between both clubs as the Bergamo side insist on their €50m asking price for the player after Inter Milan improved their offer to €40m plus €5m in add-s.
Inter’s opening proposal for the forward had been rejected at €40m, and it was hoped that meeting between the clubs would lead to significant developments.
According to Football Italia, Inter offered €40m plus €5m in add-ons for Lookman, but Atalanta are still holding out for €50m.
Sky Sport Italia, Sportitalia and Fabrizio Romano all point towards the same figures, namely that the latest offer is an improvement at €40m fixed fee plus €5m in add-ons.
