The transfer of Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel to Turkish giants Besiktas has hit a hurdle after the player’s representatives demanded extra performance-related bonuses to be included.
Initially, the transfer appeared nearly sealed with all terms agreed upon.
Osayi-Samuel had been invited to Istanbul to undergo a routine medical and sign a three-year contract.
However, the process encountered an obstacle due to last-minute demands for additional performance-related bonuses made by Osayi-Samuel’s father, who represents the player.
