NAHCON sets 2025 Hajj fare, southern pilgrims to pay N8.7m

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria has announced the 2025 Hajj fare, with intending pilgrims from Southern states expected to pay N8.7 million, while those from Borno and Adamawa zones will pay N8.3 million.

The commission’s chairman, Prof. Abdullahi Usman, disclosed this in a statement issued today in Abuja by NAHCON’s Assistant Director of Information and Publication, Fatima Usara.

Usman noted that intending pilgrims from the Northern zone will pay N8.4 million for the pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia.

He described the fare as the result of extensive deliberations with key stakeholders, including the presidency and state pilgrims’ boards.
