Joe Biden “willfully retained” classifed documents after serving as vice president but no charges are merited, the Justice Department said Thursday.
“We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter,” said special counsel Robert Hur, with Biden coming across as a “well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
